If you've arrived on this tab you are likely a new tenant of JXN Housing LLC. We're glad you're here. Due to changes with your former manager, and a decision by your property owner they have now changed their property management to us. We are a licensed Real Estate Brokerage and Management Company. Payment of Rents
In order to pay rents please mail or deliver them to our office listed above. All payments must be made possible to JXN Housing, beginning immediately. Acceptable forms of payment are Check or Money Order. Once you have sent us the contact information form with your email address we'll be setting up your online account. This online account will allow you to make payments online using your checking or savings account or a Visa or Mastercard. You'll also be able to file maintenance request through your secure account on our website.
Do you have a regular maintenance request that needs to be handled before we get your online account set up? If so, please call the office line at 601-376-9128 and press extension 99. Leave a message with your name, address, email address, cell number and a description of the problem and we'll get it processed. Please note you may not receive a call back, but you may get an email response. ***Please note that once your online account is set up, all regular maintenace needs to be processed in your online account, but until then we can take them through the phone system.
